Smart, innovative designs that stand out in the market. Supportive manager, Rose, who makes work enjoyable. Inspirational leadership from founder, David King, and CEO, David Woollcott. Fun and positive work environment, genuinely look forward to coming in each day.

Pros

Work place culture is the best that I have ever been at, the whole company runs like a family and people from Head Office really make an effort to let you know that you are seen and appreciated.

Cons

As the company is growing rapidly, it can be a bit disorganised during the growth phase, fairly fast paced environment. Some showrooms are competitive and don't have a " family vibe "
