Beautiful, high-quality product range that you can genuinely be proud to represent, supportive and collaborative team culture, opportunities to build strong client relationships and deliver personalised design solutions, showroom environments are stylish and inspiring, management is approachable and invested in employee growth

Cons

Need more collaborative working between different departments. and weekends are part of the regular rota, which may not suit everyone.
