      Pros

      The good salary is only for salespersons who are in cosmetics shop especially the big brands like dior, estee lauder, lancome. In other sections, the salary is moderate but it like the company fixes commission to never let you get richer than some positions such as department manager, buyer. But it still be good if you wanna collect money here. King power is the best choice in this decade for the new graduates but in long term i'm not sure.

      Cons

      Tho promoting is only for the sweet tongue who can lick your boss' leg. So much money but no stability, it depends on you selling and conditions for each period. The promotion is bad and hard to understand, the employees don't get it well so do not expect the customers to get it as well. No special welfare rather than other normal companies (but this company is very rich).
