Pros

Low workload and typical Irish relaxing working environment. Pressure only when deadlines approached, which typically only lasted a few days, after which management would just forget about them as priorities.

Cons

No motivations to work harder cause everyone else around clearly do not. Very UK/Ireland-focused and a bit nepotistic. Management team was kinda of a joke; many had no idea what they were doing and thus gained no respect from their subordinates.

Fellow workers in different departments. Nice loaction, chance to meet lots of other people from other parts of the group

Cons

Be prepared to cook socks. Didn't matter if you were capapble and had a lawful hard work ethic and ambition to succeed without climbing upward on the miseries or credulities of others. Toady behaviour and servile flattery overrode, enabling many incompetent sycophants to thrive and be catapulted into positions of power. Parts of the UK insulation company was run by muppets and puppets. Cronyism and nepotism ran rife whilst meritocracy was chucked into the bonfire. The there was all the lies and deciet, smoke and mirrors for years, tricking employees and the market. Experience only applies to Kingspan Insulation UK Leominster not other divisions or locations.

Night shift. B1tchy culture and full of loud mouth slabbers. Bad management. Worked into the ground.
