Expected to go above and beyond without appreciation for work done and very little pay and little to no benefits. Many are held as temporary positions for a lengthy period of time.

For regular associates the wage is below average. For the Quality Department, wages are average. No advancement opportunities. There's a definite hierarchy in the facility based on social demographics. Associates are often frustrated which increases pressure on Quality Techs. There is very little organization and standards change often. Overtime has recently dropped off, so paychecks have begun to reflect the actual wage, leading many people to leave the company.
