Good mix of people across sites; innovative with product design and manufacturing processes. Emphasis on quality and compliance. New MD pushing for change. Starting to see improvements in initiatives for people like extra holidays and bonus for length of service and support sessions for wellbeing.

Cons

Business is all about the profit margin so salaries not great; poor communication and needs to work on improving culture; high workforce turnover; no opportunity to increase size of teams so people constantly being put under pressure.
