Thank you for your feedback, which I must admit is hard to read particularly given your tenure with the business, I wanted to remind you of the internal forums we have which we have worked hard on to ensure our employees can be heard and give feedback. We have an open channel to the Leadership team, we regularly conduct ask me anything sessions at a global and entity level, all entities have direct lines to their human resources departments too. I strongly urge you to think about vocalising your concerns to someone internally so we can support with making changes.
