great workplace/ growing fast

Pros

- great team dynamic - good work/ life balance - remote work options - they care about the staff

Cons

- due to mergers, same legacy that hasnt beel aligned yet. Doesnt always feel like one company yet, but management is working on this. This has impact on bevefits of employees as well - Way too many systems, working on new ERP, but this takes long (too long) - often lots of changes, due to fast growth and adjustment to market
