Safety first and they mean it Willing to adapt and change to stay profitable Some very long serving experience

Cons

Tough to progress - went through a radical reduction in Sr Positions and never backfilled those positions Runs lean - paid generally well but location is remote (ie doesn't compete with other employers for local labor) and they often spend money to attract talent but not so much to retain it Expect to wear many hats
