Women were descriditatized and many employees were fired not according to the labor legislation

Many good employees worked there

Cons

A few managers discriminated against women and fired them because managers had religious views. Many employees were asked to resign “voluntarily” so the company wouldn’t have to pay termination fees. Some employees were even pressured by the HR team to do so.
