Pros

The offices are located in a desirable and well-maintained area with good amenities nearby. However, the location is in a very affluent area and not affordable for many employees, which can result in long commutes for much of the team in heavy Nashville traffic.

Cons

Work-life balance is extremely limited, with expectations that frequently extend beyond reasonable working hours and little acknowledgement of personal boundaries. Burnout is common, and sustainable workload management does not appear to be a priority. Leadership demonstrates noticeable favoritism, particularly toward individuals with personal connections to senior executives. Outside experience, diverse perspectives, and constructive dissent are often undervalued. The culture tends to reward alignment over critical thinking, which limits innovation and discourages healthy debate. The organization operates in a near-constant state of change, often pivoting strategies every few months. This lack of long-term commitment to a clear direction creates confusion, erodes team morale, and makes it difficult to execute effectively. Teams invest significant time building plans that are frequently abandoned before meaningful results can be realized. Micromanagement is pervasive. Even routine decisions require multiple layers of approval, slowing execution and reducing agility. Employees are not empowered to make decisions within their scope of responsibility, which impacts both speed to market and overall business performance. Many operational challenges stem from internal misalignment, inconsistent leadership direction, and an unwillingness to trust experienced professionals. Without structural and cultural shifts toward accountability, empowerment, and strategic clarity, these patterns are likely to continue.
