      Decent pay but long work hours

      Cons

      Team leads are clueless about work and mental health regarding high workload and dont offer much support. Work load is way too high Do not offer promotions if they dont want to promote even if all requirements are met. Very negative towards contractors. Employees get way more benefits than contractors which make you feel like less of an employee than the regular kite workers

      Pros

      Co-workers generated mostly humble environment. It is the only pros.

      Cons

      There is no life-work balance. A lots stress, more work, less peace. Constant rumors about the near future do not give peace of mind, whether the shift will change or the allowance will decrease is a huge headache. The bonus has also been removed.

      Everything else. Avoid at all costs. Management is corrupt and there are commonly incidents in each department which should not happen in a professional environment.
