Pros

Recognition and reward is decent. A lot of different projects you can get involved with as it's such new company

Cons

Can be hectic at times but this has to be expected for such a young company, things are definitely improving.

potential but bad moral

has potential to be a great place to work with good funding, but high turnover and low moral going unacknowledged by upper management results in unhappy employees

Cons

location isn't ideal for biotech. expensive rents and high commute times. work load is exptremely variable some people have little to do while others are completely overburdened.
