Pros

Discounts, People are generally nice when they have to be.

Cons

You’ll never be genuinely appreciated for your hard work. This place just wants hard workers, not smart workers. One half of the office just tells people what to do when they have no experience, while the other half with experience do all the work. Everyone likes to blame. Employees have started going to therapists since working here.

BIG YIKES

Pros

If I’m being honest, the main benefit of working here was the external “cool factor.” There’s a certain ego boost in telling people you work at kith because it sounds exciting, it looks good on LinkedIn and people recognize the name. But if you step back, that “cool factor” is surface-level. It doesn’t add much depth to your growth, your values, or your sense of purpose. Beyond that, I didn’t experience many true pros. The appeal was almost entirely about perception, not substance.

Cons

The culture I experienced here was deeply unhealthy. Leadership operated with an “in or out” mentality, where belonging felt conditional and fragile. It often had little to do with performance or character and more to do with arbitrary factors like how you looked, how you dressed, how much you flattered the right people. If you were too capable, you risked being seen as arrogant. If you were too honest, you risked being labeled “a hater.” That dynamic created an environment of fear and favoritism, not trust. On my very first day, my manager openly criticized RF at length, describing him as an awful and selfish person. That set the wrong tone from the jump and it revealed how fractured the leadership team was. It left me feeling like there was no safe ground to stand on and no consistent example of healthy leadership to look to. I don’t use the word “toxic” lightly but it applies here. The culture encouraged superficial loyalty while discouraging real candor and accountability. The result was damaging, both professionally and personally. I still carry the weight of that experience.

Pros

Just run, This place is pure chaos and its starts at the top. Ronnie and his cronies participate in exclusion, competitiveness and disrespectful, dismissive behavior to anyone outside the in-group. Very unprofessional and unorganized as well. Terrible leadership and HR

Cons

Free giveaways and birthday parties, "cool factor" that is if you care about that.
