Just run, This place is pure chaos and its starts at the top. Ronnie and his cronies participate in exclusion, competitiveness and disrespectful, dismissive behavior to anyone outside the in-group. Very unprofessional and unorganized as well. Terrible leadership and HR

Cons

Free giveaways and birthday parties, "cool factor" that is if you care about that.

I’ve never seen an IT department in such disarray. There is no tangible growth potential, you’ll have to fight tooth and nail for months to get basic admin access to systems that are commonplace elsewhere; expect any expertise you bring to the table to be tossed aside in the face of ego. The adoption of modern IT and automation tools is pushed back against and ridiculed by upper management. There is a continuous stream of poor decisions, avoidable mistakes, and offensive behavior that occurs regularly from management and either has zero repercussions or results in a promotion.
