Pros

you learn a lot about fashion and meet a lot of people including celebrities and good connections.

Cons

Its like high school. Very political, lots of drama. hierarchy system, low pay until you wait your turn to move up. Doesn't matter how hard you work it matters who got there first. Not much opportunity for promotion unless someone else leaves.

Pros

Coworkers are great. Relatively simple job if you know what to do and can work independently. Wardrobe allotment wasn’t terrible. Beautiful store and merchandise to be surrounded by. Treats was pretty dank.

Cons

Severely under-appreciated. Upper management in store was frequently absent and passive aggressive when present. Corporate was pretty hands off and communicated really only when absolutely necessary. Very minimal growth and salary opportunity. Absolutely no structure that made any sense at all. Upper management in store doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing or how to operate their store efficiently.
