The discount was extremely generous.

Cons

Not being allowed to carry a firearm as an associate on the gun floor is illogical. The company noticeably feels like it peaked a decade or more ago and is just riding the wave.

this was my first job and it was an awesome community of people to work with. management is wonderful - they really care about their employees and are always very understanding if you need time off. the employees are all very genuine and to me a healthy work environment is the most important thing about a job - you will definitely get that here.

Cons

working on the floor can get monotonous especially when it's slow but you can expect that with any job in retail
