awesome company values, passionate people, cool office space

Cons

the internship felt like a glorified customer support position - i often felt overqualified and there wasn't much room for growth. internship was also unpaid, but that was expected from the non profit space

Good pay, Great health coverage, 401(k) match, Unlimited PTO, Can attend technical conferences, Annual self-development budget, Non-profit status gets us huge discounts from other services, so we get to use the latest and greatest of cloud services. Global learning trips to see how Kiva works. A lot of great senior talent to learn from. Kiva is very transparent with weekly updates from CEO and from all departments (legal, finance, HR, marketing, engineering, etc) And great learning opportunities to grow in career.

Cons

Small engineering team.. on multiple occasions, feels like teams would benefit from additional resources.
