      Thanks so much for flagging this issue. I personally have been striving to strip away culture fit from Kivans vernacular. We are promoting Diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging and we always want to use inclusive language. It is upsetting that you feel as though there are racial prejudices. I will bring this up to our leadership team to address. I appreciate your openness and transparency.

      Very self driven, little guidance from managers. Often what you put in is what you get out of the experience.
