      Pros

      Almost everyone at Kiva is incredibly genuine, passionate, talented and committed. The Kiva name opens a lot of doors.

      Cons

      Seems like the board is less focused on the mission and more on the technology. Our senior leaders seemed to change every other year and so we would have to restart every year. Not clear to me that a VC mindset is the best fit for a non profit board.
