Pros

My supervisors were supportive, encouraging her to take on new challenges and responsibilities. I appreciated the company's emphasis on safety and quality, which made her feel secure and valued in her role. The professional work culture at Kleen Test Products motivated her to strive for excellence. Within a year, i had been promoted to a team lead position. She found herself guiding a small team, mentoring new hires, and even participating in cross-functional projects. The experience she gained was invaluable, and she knew that her resume was becoming increasingly impressive with each passing day.

Cons

However, as time went on, I began to experience the less glamorous side of her job. The high demands of the manufacturing industry meant that she often had to meet tight deadlines and production targets. The pressure to maintain high productivity levels started to take its toll. My position required her to work in rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. This disrupted her personal life and made it difficult to maintain a regular schedule with her family and friends. There were times when mandatory overtime was required, particularly during peak production periods, adding to her stress. The physical demands of the job were also challenging. Standing for long hours, handling repetitive tasks, and managing the manual labor involved in her role led to physical strain. She found herself increasingly fatigued, both physically and mentally.
