Good teacher compensation and some stipends are good depending on what you teach.

Cons

District does not support their teachers. Klein Cain has enormous turn-over in both administration and teachers. It is not career "safe". Administration allows parents to run all over teachers and does not handle the issue - they try to just get rid of the teacher.
