Where do I start? The administration tried to get a tax increase approved by the public so employees would not have to be let go due to low funding. It was denied. Then they boasted that they’ve not had to let anyone go anyway, except they’re now incentivizing people to quit so they can maintain the charade. They’re also creating a disorganized, chaotic, and desperate culture, which leads to a hostile work environment for all. They constantly send mixed messages to their employees, and have created a sense of Big Brother. They make you feel like you have to show why your job is a valuable one to keep during these lean times. You should be able to just do your job well and be satisfied with that. They’re making the workplace more and more miserable in the hopes that people quit so they don’t have to do layoffs. It’s pathetic. Do not work for this school district.
