Being able to be apart of a school community and knowing you're fueling and feeding the kids.

Cons

Pay is not great. Way too much micromanagement. Nitpicking and no positive reinforcement management depending on what school you work at. Major favoritism within the food service. Jobs on schedule are not delegated equally.
