Pros

Great place to work. I can only talk about my campus, which had a wonderful administration team, as well as great colleagues. Teaching is not always the case, and I have worked in toxic situations previously. But my Klein experience was great.

Cons

Teachers who are successful tend to be overloaded with work because the "can". They are better at reaching the tougher students, so they are given more tough students. This is true anywhere, even in the great districts.
