Good District to work for

Pros

This District is forward thinking when it comes to technology for the students. They are very invested in the community. I have a great administrator on my campus, and she sets the bar high for the staff and students.

Cons

You have to accept the fact that no matter how hard you work, some students just can't be reached. When the parental involvement and resposibility is not there, it is hard to help some students meet their educational goals.

Pros

When you have great administrators it makes working there so much better. When they are on track with you and do not let parents sway them from giving a student consequences it helps the classroom management. Technology oriented

Cons

In past years, I have worked with administrators who tore up referrals in front of students or just never called the student in . Not enough computers to implement technology properly.
