Pros

The brand has a amazing following The corporate building is very nice, only a few years old. The company has been in business for over 150 years. Some of the family members are enjoyable to work with.

Cons

The management is not open or honest with employees. The CEO has a stange obsession with Texas. The company pay salary grade is below average and the benfits have gone down hill.

There are a lot of good people to work WITH.

Cons

Upper management (corner office). Totally lost site of the day to day operations/relations because of the total obsession with the new facility in Mansfield, Texas. Also, a few executives there adding absolutely zero value to the day to day.

Cons

Poor work-life balance, with expectations that often require extended hours. Leadership sets unrealistic goals without providing the necessary support or resources to achieve them. High employee turnover, largely driven by management and leadership challenges. Compensation and benefits are below market compared to similar organizations. Promotions and pay increases only happen when people quit or get fired. Company and hiring practices do not care at all about diversity and inclusion.
