The only Pro for this company was the pay

Cons

Terrible management. Lots of favoritism. The Union is a joke and in the back pocket of the company. Piles of forced OT. 6 days a week mandatory. Zero training and they just love writing people up for every little thing. Management will stand there and watch you take your 10min break and time you. The list goes on. Absolute worst work culture I have ever experienced.

Employees can be stretched thin at times. Not a lot of training, need to be a self starter.
