      Pros

      Good working environment. People are helpful and approachable. Benefits are not too bad. Business outlook is good, and the company is growing. Office is in a good location; no problems with traffic.

      Learn, Grow, & Longevity

      Pros

      Klein is a place where you can learn a lot and be supported through training opportunities. You will also get opportunity to work with many levels of the organization that I believe you wouldn't get an opportunity to at a larger organization. You have the opportunity to own projects and see them from start to finish which is exciting.

      Cons

      Klein doesn't offer any work flexibility to work from home. They need to trust their key employees and reward and recognize them. There is room for improvement. Benefit cost also keep rising and looking at how to be more creative with new benefit offering would be exciting (i.e. School loan repayment program).
