Food and free coffee, union free (for now), plant management is good at times, newer buildings, popular brand, 4 day work week

Cons

High turnover, ZERO job security, Klein Family involved in everything you do, HIGH benefits, Corporate HR is sneaky and walks people out, people are not valued

Engineers and production workers always willing to cooperate and help out as long as you asked. Easy to get time off as long as you requested it in a reasonable amount of time. Great employee tool discount, even for interns.

Cons

Structure of internship program did not seem well thought out. Was often left to find my own work to do. As a first time intern, I could have used a little more guidance. Supervisor also came off as abrasive which was not conducive to seeking him out. Facility lacked a few full time engineers and tried to make up for it with interns.
