      Pros

      Kleinfelder is a progressive company always looking for ways to support employee growth and career opportunities. work-life balance is always a focus with management.

      Cons

      The workload can be cyclical, and at times is such that staff may need to turn down an opportunity to work on a project they would otherwise like to get involved with. This also can be a challenge for work-life balance.

      Good growth potential

      Pros

      For someone looking for professional growth opportunities, Kleinfelder allows those willing to take on more challenges more room to grow into those challenges. More like a smaller company in this regard.

      Cons

      It is not a small company, and although there is the chance to move to/through other offices, you can feel disconnected from the corporate leadership.

      The future is BRIGHT!

      Pros

      A great company with great opportunities for employees. New leadership in the company have really corrected the path and this employee owned company is on a very positive trajectory. I love working here! It is certainly exciting times and the future is bright.

      Cons

      I see a lot of opportunities, there are still many things to do and I see those as additional occasions to get involved and help further improve the company. Once again, great opportunities and not necessarily CONS.
