      Pros

      I'm really having a hard time coming up with best reasons to work at The Kleinfelder Group. I would say that the benefits are decent - at least on par with companies of similar size.

      Cons

      Basically, this place is a good ole boys club where people get promoted based on who their friends are and not on their capabilities or ability. There were some people who were considered "senior management" who should never even been hired.

      Pros

      Good working history with one large oil producer.

      Cons

      Management not so good. Struggling company with literally one single client. No cultures. People are allowed to speak their own languages at work which is annoying and unprofessional. The managers at Kleinfelder Hood are mostly not good fits for their roles. They lack educational credentials and technical skills required to run the teams.

      This is a company that fosters individual growth, positive energy and teamwork. They give us freedom to execute and contribute to the bottom line which our clients recognize and encourage. An excellent HR team

      Cons

      There is a vision on where the company wants to go but it needs to be better understood by the group. It's improving but not there yet.
