Multiple WFH days, good cross-team collaboration, easy to reach out for help or guidance.

Cons

Not an optimal work-life balance. Only one day off for major holidays like Christmas, unless you want to use PTO. Work is either very fast-paced with minimal down time, or extremely slow.
