Pros

Good people, and had great communication during the hiring process.

Cons

Unorganized project management at times; no annual bonuses (the bonus program they do possess is very small, if you get a bonus at all); and 401k match is not very good. Extremely fiscally-skimpy when it comes to per diem budgeting for projects.
