Pros

Klevu has a wonderful company culture, each employee is really different and brings something unique to the table. Our CEO is super passionate about what he does and has his feet firmly on the ground always happy to get hands-on when things need doing. I think the opportunities that Klevu has to offer are really second to none - we are already working with world-class retailers; the only way is up from here.

Cons

Can't really think of any cons. As in any start-up you have to be super flexible in your role and pick up different things when needed. This isn't necessarily a con more of a positive as you experience all the different facets of Klevu.

Pros

Klevu was ahead global market and all the needed support was given in order for the team to grow. Dialogue between the staff members and growing number of investors was always kept civilized and supportive.

Cons

It's hard to build totally new market with limited resources and my learning was that the Finnish market that Klevu started it's journey just takes longer time than international market to develop. Should we have gone abroad earlier remains as puzzle for me.
