Pros
The company used to be good before the top management changed. Now it's gone to the dogs. No respect for the employees. No streamlined appraisal process. All they believe in is eat up employees' money.
Cons
Cramped space. One small room makes up the whole company. Washrooms are unclean nearly always. Appraisal process keeps changing every year and they still haven't figured out how best to eat up employees' money. The new top management cheat employees of their hard earned money and think they don't get it. The contrast between the Hyderabad and Mumbai teams is obvious. The former gets a splendid appraisal and Mumbai is going to the dogs everyday. Firing happens on a day's notice. No job security at all. Micromanagement at its best. Stay away if you want a life outside work.
