Journey with knack is so good. Management and team leader is helpful. From the start I am working from remote location so it saves my time with kanck. It's a good work and life balance. Since I am working with knack from past 1.5 years I gone through 2 trainings which helpful for me to boost my knowledge. HR and tech support team also supportive.

Cons

Sometimes we need to stretch our weekends while working on projects but as I am working from remote location it provides me flexibility to work.

1. You will learn a lot. 2. You will be given many opportunities to show your worth and capabilities. 3. Strong Leadership 4. Fun and interesting projects Work Culture at knack - Friendly but because everyone is working from home it is not as great as it could be. Policies - Fair and Fun Training provided/ Continuous coaching - You're kinda thrown in the deep end but this is also a great way to learn.

Cons

Work Life Balance - ( Flexibility/ WFH/ time off) - Due to working on US or UK timings you often find yourself not getting to have much of a social life outside of work.
