good benefits package, good management. strong business and technology team. Perfect location for commuters.

Cons

Change in management has caused a lot of flux of the employees. This will settle soon. Should be a good company to work for someone looking to join at any level

Very dynamic environment Everyones very supportive, the talent is good and the environment is healthy The job is demanding, but you get a good balance of personal and work life compared to other similar companies.

Cons

No exposure to the business side. No career advancement opportunities, you keep working on what you are hired to do. Very hard to get raises and promotions internally.
