Pros

Entry-level operations roles are plentiful, terminals across the US and plenty of opportunity for changing roles internally

Cons

No remote work(have been remote for 3 years and ordered back to the office) Pay is extremely low for operations staff, raises and bonuses have not come close to keeping up with inflation Annual increases are <3% even for top performers, average increase is 1-2% per year Although changing jobs internally is easy and available, your pay is based entirely off previous salary regardless of advancement(if a new role caps out 50k over what you make, you'll never ever hit the cap) No pension, 401k match is "industry-standard" @ <5% Bonuses withheld from Ops staff based on company performance but still issued to executives Tenure "rewards" include fleece blankets, backpacks and rings, instead of pay increases, bonus or additional stock options No official training programs when transitioning roles. Outdated powerpoint training classes in the company learning directory, all other training is self-driven and based on word-of-mouth from other employees.
