      Pros

      Challenging, you can move up quickly if you have the drive. It can be a very fun job.

      Cons

      It can be stressful and very frustrating working with people (dealers) who only care about tips. You meet very selfish and negative people in this line of work.

      We appreciate the review you provided about the challenging and fun environment we provide here at Knighted - this industry is definitely unique! We understand that not all interactions in customer service will be positive so we heavily encourage that any issues be brought up to the managers or supervisors in the casino. We understand that it's important to know how to grow and earn raises within our company, so we encourage each of our team members to talk to their direct supervisor to set goals and understand expectations.       Easy, like very easy all you do is stand there most of the time

      They treat you like you’re a child. Like you aren’t almost capable of doing the job.

      The job is easy and mostly sitting around chatting or watching TV

      Cons

      You can make much more money as a card dealer and you don't need banking experience for nothing. Better off just learning to deal cards somewhere else.
