Pros

Knighted Ventures is the best company I ever work for. Partners and management genuinely care about you. They want you to succeed and be better. Training is great! They'll teach you what you need to learn and prepare you well. My transition from training to main task was easy and someone will always be there for you willing to help. Also, KV plans and encourage everyone to participate in outside work activity such as Relay for Life, outreach programs, etc.

Cons

I notice some turnover. I guess it's normal in the casino industry and working weekends is not for everybody. Weekend is the busiest part of the week for casinos.

We do our best to provide new hires with effective training so that they are confident when they first sit on a live game. Scheduling a 24 hour operation is not an easy task. Pros

Good work/life balance, good pay for what you do, overall a relaxed company. "Relaxed" depends on location you work. Tampa was cool.

Cons

While Knighted is awesome, they don't own the casino or gaming rooms that you work in, which may or may not be clean or ran well. From my understanding, there's not much of a career ahead of you.
