      -Friendly, talented coworkers -Hard work is recognized -great work/life balance -Overall pleasant place to work -Flat company structure

      -lacks 401k benefits -still very much a startup, so must be enthusiastic about working in an unstructured environment

      Pros

      Knotch is a great place to work because the product is trying to bring more accountability and transparency to an industry that needs just that. We have a great product but more importantly a diverse group of smart people all working together towards a common goal.

      Cons

      As with all early stage companies people that work here need to be able to wear many hats, so it may not be the best fit for people who like highly defined roles and responsibilities.
