Pros

-The work is exciting and different every day. We get the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, brands, publishers and agencies, that embrace what our product can offer them. -There is a company-wide investment in culture, which is palpable every day. -Employee perks, including commuter benefits and lunch, are great and help to save paychecks. -The executive team is transparent and inclusive in decision making. -The office is brand new and in an excellent location.

Cons

-Working for a startup has and always will involve some form of growing pains (maintaining culture as we grow, keeping our goals centered as we sign with more clients). While this can be tricky at times, Knotch makes it very easy to become a part of the solution.

Pros

A core focus and attribute of Knotch is attracting, retaining and managing talent. Despite the company continuing to grow, the culture has stayed the same of a really nimble and small start-up. Management massively encourages work/ life balance - giving employees flexibility to do whatever they need to do to get their best work done. It's that Spotify mentality.

Cons

We're not hiring fast enough.

Pros

I have been at Knotch for close to two years, and am still excited to show up to work every day. Since I joined the team, we pivoted, launched the first product, raised $10M, launched the second product and get to work everyday with Fortune 50 clients. This is a great place to actually make an impact on a business and an industry.

Cons

We are definitely not board, working with clients around the world means our schedules match theirs and we juggle product and client needs across the board. As we are hiring across the board, we all wear different hats before we are able to find new employees that live up to the knotch standards and culture.
