Pros
Great managers, friendly coworkers, can work remotely (though not as much now), unlimited PTO, insurance paid by employer, fast resolutions to internal issues, room for growth
Cons
Workload too demanding, clear systems and processes not well established, work/life balance Also, while direct managers are usually great, upper level management is usually very out of touch and doesn’t understand the reality of the product, customer experience, and employee experience. Major issues with toxic positivity in some departments where valid (and respectful) constructive criticism is not welcomed
