      The Company Culture is amazing! The best culture and benefits I have ever had at a job!

      Cons

      Only con at the moment is pay. Our pay isn't terrible but due to everything going up, pay should be looked at.

      Pros

      The culture is amazing! You only hear about companies like this overseas not in the USA! You and your family matter to this company and they mean it! I have paternity leave and it’s paid for the first time in my adult life!! I have had 2 kids and both I had to use vacation time! Not here! Love it!

      None! I have not found anything wrong at all!

      Pros

      Voted Top 10 Companies to work for in Tampa Bay and IT SHOWS!! All of my co-workers and teammates never are not smiling. The work is fun, engaging, and very streamlined to make everyone's day go by fast and the work DONE RIGHT. Selling a product that I believe in, and companies need. I am happy to be here helpling all of our wonderful customers and staff :)

      Seriously CANNOT think of 1 con. I enjoy waking up for work, and that is SAYING something.
