6yI am surprised you indicated "Talk to your employees". We have a fully open door policy, we have surveys regularly to request feedback and a suggestion box. We even have regular AMA (Ask Me Anything) with the CEO. There are so many avenues for you to give feedback that I am unsure how you felt like you didn't have a voice.
We are fast growing, hypergrowth in fact. With that we know some things will break along the way, and we fix them as soon as we can. We also have a generous 6 weeks PTO for all employees. We know life can happen. Along with PTO we have Employee Relations, EAP (Employee Assistance Program), and a Life Coach to assist with all employees.
