Pros
- the company culture - it's important to leadership to ensure all employees are heard, seen and included. - open PTO - this has been incredible - I can attend my kids' school events, volunteer when I'd like, and take vacations - the people - Knowsters are so cool and fun to work with! Seriously the kindest, most fun and smartest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with - leadership - they care and are honest and transparent. Professional development is a priority and we are encouraged to continue learning and growing
Cons
It's definitely different than it used to be, but a lot of that is just due to no longer being in hypergrowth and maturing as an organization. It's still light years better than anywhere I've ever worked before.
