      Pros

      Fast paced and very easy to make money. But you have to be willing to handle a variety of leadership styles and unacknowledged micromanagement. I over all have no complaints. However, I do my job well as they expect you too though so they leave me alone.

      Cons

      Wish there was better communication with everything that goes on behind the scenes. A lot of rumors go around. Wish it was easier to move up into leadership as well.

      Good product - leader in SAT and simulated phishing

      Cons

      Very judgemental leadership and high quotas. Office is super awkward. If only I was a Scientologist - maybe would’ve fit in better. Also you probably won’t get promoted unless you are they’ll just lay you off.

Our go-to-market strategy, including any restructuring, has been made very clear to each and every Knowster. We use Salesforce as our CRM software, and every sales representative has a full license.
