Cons
Can feel big brother and and appear a bit too excited at first, but once you understand what they are trying to achieve with this culture, you stop viewing it in the light of bad former toxic experiences. Onboarding training is a bit much, especially when stepping into a position where you are expected to contribute immediately. Some understandable limitations on the unlimited PTO (when you can take it, and how much at a time). Manager will work with you to try to make things work (such as flex work while out of town). 9-6 hours are a bit outdated, people should not be measured in hours works but in product produced (for Salaried anyways)
