Leader transparency Amazing culture, I've never seen anything like it... employees are truly treated like humans. My team was made up of fantastic folks, I learned so much from them. Autonomy / No micro-managing!

Great technology, great company culture

Cons

Private Equity is gradually eroding a really good company. "Shadow layoffs", falsely labeled as low performance issues at year end. Comp plans watered down, no stock, equity, or ESPP of any kind. No stipend for cell phone use. Channel policies are far from accepted industry norms.
